Straight forward run to Pollington where we filled up with water at the bottom of the locks, again a short hop, all be it with lots of lift and swing bridges. Margaret and the girls walked down to the shop in Pollington, but it closed 3 years ago. We had a meal at the Indian Restaurant in the village, which although very nice was very slow with service...there was only us in, but that was no excuse.
