Had a late start as we have only a 4 hour journey and being Margaret's birthday she had breakfast in bed and opened here presents. It is only 10 miles to Thorne, but lots of bridges. Had a run in with some cheeky kids at Moor's Swing Bridge who wanted to ride the bridge so had to shout at them. The moorings at the facilities were all full when we arrived so tide up and Margaret and the girls went for some provisions. While they were away two boats moved off so turned around and moored up as planned otherwise it would have been another two hours to Bramwith Junction. Had meal at the pub on the corner, Ingrid called in for an hour and we then watched tele....we can get Sky here.
